The Engineering Standards Manual provides information regarding the District’s policies and engineering design standards. It is separated into 14 sections. Sections 2 through 5 address engineering roles and responsibilities, standard engineering procedures, common, related documents, etc. Sections 6 and 7 address plat and permit procedures and standards. Section 8 is our Erosion Grant Policy, and the remaining sections provide specific engineering design standards, details and specifications.
