Jurisdiction Map Northern is located in the northeast portion of Palm Beach County and its boundaries extend south to Southern Boulevard, east to Alternate A1A, north to the Palm Beach County line and west to the L-8 Canal. Our jurisdiction does not include any municipalities and other water control districts in existence at the time of creation in 1959. We service an area of approximately 128 miles which includes parts of the following municipalities: Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Park, Mangonia Park, West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Portions of unincorporated Palm Beach County are also within our service area.
