Ron served as president of the Board in 2006 as well and has been a Board Member since 2003. In 2008, Ron was elected to Seat No. 4. Ron has been a trusted consultant to public, private and federal agencies across Florida for more than 30 years. His clients value his extraordinary commitment to client satisfaction. While in the employ of Brown & Caldwell, he served as Marketing Director in the State of Florida, which involved helping nationwide clients in developing and implementing innovative and workable engineering and environmental solutions. Ron currently has his own engineering consultants business and operates as a sole practitioner. Ron has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in environmental engineering. His credentials also include State of Florida Registered Professional Engineer, Licensed Professional Surveyor, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Arbitration Association. Ron is a past officer of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has served on the FES Statewide Leadership Committee. He is an active participant in numerous national and local engineering societies, and has successfully displayed the technical savvy, managerial and negotiation capabilities to deliver creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Adrian was elected on November 19, 2008, and reelected on November 17, 2010 in the Landowners Election to Seat No. 1, and he is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Bringing general management consulting expertise to the Board from a wide range of industries and organization types, Adrian specializes in planning, writing and implementing needed computer software to formalize his recommendations into working management “tools.” With a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and Master of Business Administration degree, Adrian has worked with numerous national and international companies and government agencies, including the Port of New York Authority, DuPont, the Alyeska Pipeline Co., Union Pacific Railroad Company, CONOCO, ALCOA, and the South Florida Water Management District.

L. Marc Cohn was sworn in on November 17, 2010 to Landowner Seat No 3 for his first term as a Board Member.Mr. Cohn has been employed in the real estate and mortgage brokering business for the last 28 years and is the owner of Custom Financial, LLC a mortgage brokering and real estate company with licenses to do business in Virginia and Florida. For the 12 years prior, Mr. Cohn worked for several stock exchanged listed companies – Marriott Corporation and American Management Systems in their corporate accounting departments.Mr. Cohn has chosen to give his time and effort to several community organizations as Chairman of the City of Palm Beach Gardens Budget Advisory Committee, Chairmen of the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, and Treasurer of his homeowner’s association.He is also a member in a number of business and charitable organizations.Mr. Cohn graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in business, with a major in accounting and took graduate level courses in finance at American University.Mr. Cohn resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Susan Cole. Matthew is the second popularly elected Board Member, being sworn in on November 19, 2008 to Seat No. 5. He resides in Juno Beach and is a certified public accountant with NextEra Energy Resources. He previously worked with Bank of America. In addition, Matthew works to help Down syndrome children, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Garo was appointed to Seat No. 2 by the Board of Supervisors at the October 26, 2011 meeting to fill the vacancy due to the resignation of Michael O’Rourke in June 2011.The seat will be up for popular election in November 2012.Mr. Artinian recently retired as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management from one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wire, cable and fiber products for telecommunications, power, automotive, oil and gas and elevator industries.Since retirement he has formed Artinian Holding, a global business advisor, working with Boards of Directors and/or equity partners, leveraging strategic relationships with business partners to pursue new opportunities.He is completely fluent in English, French, Arabic and Armenian and has sat on US and EU company boards as well as on Middle Eastern, Indian, Far East, China and Japanese companies’ boards. He is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
