Jed Cooper joined Northern’s Operations Department in 2025.

Jed is a skilled crew chief and construction equipment operator with over twenty years of experience in culvert, roadway and pump station and control structure maintenance.  He is a skilled project manager who worked for a similar water control agency before joining Northern.   He works with Northern’s stormwater team to see that stormwater facilities and culverts  are regularly maintained, as well as scheduling, coordinating and managing repairs of those assets as needed.

• Maintains lake interconnect pipes, catch basins, inlets and roadway drainage
